Mirosław Wyrzykowski is a former dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and founder of its Human Rights Department.
Between 2001 and 2010, he served as a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland.
He has held numerous advisory roles in public institutions and is a member of the Committee on Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
