Profile

A graduate of the University of Warsaw and Georgetown University, Ireneusz Kondak spent many years working at the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, handling major cases from Poland and other countries.
He currently works for the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, coordinating meetings related to human rights and monitoring mechanisms. He is the author of numerous publications on human rights.
