Mirosław Wróblewski graduated in law and political science, specialising in international relations.
He is the author of nearly one hundred publications on constitutional, international, and European law, as well as human rights protection.
Between 2007 and 2024, he worked at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, where he headed the Constitutional, International and European Law Department.
