Anna Śledzińska-Simon is a professor at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
She earned an LL.M. degree and an S.J.D. in comparative constitutional law from Central European University in Budapest. She has held prestigious research fellowships at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, New York University, the European University Institute in Florence, Columbia University, and the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg.
She specialises in human rights and anti-discrimination law. Between 2007 and 2013, she served as a national expert in the Fundamental Rights Agency Legal Experts Network (FRALEX).
