Profile

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2012, she earned her PhD at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences with a dissertation on combating antisemitism through international legal instruments. In 2024, she obtained her habilitation degree in law and currently serves as a professor at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
She is co-editor and co-author of Constitutionalism under Stress (Oxford University Press, 2020) and Law and Memory: Towards Legal Governance of History (Cambridge University Press, 2017). She has held research fellowships at the Universities of Cambridge and Yale, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the European University Institute in Florence.
