Biographical note

Dorota Raben is an internationally acknowledged expert in management, logistics, and supply chains. She obtained her doctoral degree at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She is a Brian Tracy Certified Trainer, Talent Q Certified Consultant specialising in assessment tests that measure employee skills, competency and potential, a mentor, and a motivational speaker. For over 30 years, she has worked in management and logistics, to which she has dedicated her entire professional life - starting from the launch of a warehouse centre in Poznań for Herlitz, through co-founding and developing Raben Group - a family run logistics company, to working for Royal Frans Maas Group, Gefco, FM Logistic, and Clip Group. Between 2013 and 2016, she served as the Management Board President of Port of Gdansk Authority. In addition, as a lecturer and advisor of Management Boards and Supervisory Boards of many companies, Dorota has been sharing her knowledge and professional experience gained when she worked across Europe and Asia. She lectures on logistics management and company strategy development for students at MA, postgraduate, MBA, and DBA levels at many universities, including: SWPS University, IPI PAN Institute of Computer Science - Polish Academy of Sciences, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Kozminski University, Lazarski University, and UTH Helena Chodkowska University of Technology and Economics. She participated in and was a speaker at many conferences and seminars in Poland and abroad.
