Profile

Dr. Alicja Maślak-Maciejewska is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Jewish Studies of the Jagiellonian University. Her research interests include the history of Jews in Galicia as well as social and religious history of Jews in Central Eastern Europe. Her book was a runner up in the Józef A. Gierowski and Chony Shmeruk competition for the best book on the history and culture of Jews in Poland (2019).
