Dimitris Paraskevopoulos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of the Aegean (Greece)

Research

His research interests focus on analyzing social/collective emotions at micro-, meso- and macro-sociological levels, studying processes of emotional socialization, the production of subjectivity, and the formation of collective identities. He is also interested in the relationship between emotion and language.
