She incorporates interactive simulations and group work into her teaching, while developing original instructional materials such as document templates, case study compilations, and scenarios for mock trials and client consultations.
Professional Legal Practice
With 15 years of experience in legal practice, her career encompasses both notarial practice and independent work as an attorney-at-law.
In 2020, she was admitted to the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsel in Warsaw and established her own law practice. She advises clients and issues legal opinions with a primary focus on personal data protection (GDPR), compliance, information security, civil law, real estate law, and construction and development processes. She also conducts data protection training for executive leadership and organizational staff.
From 2015 to 2019, following her work as a deputy notary, she managed her own notary practice in Warsaw. During her tenure, she executed over ten thousand notarial acts—primarily in real estate transactions, succession law, family law, and corporate law—while overseeing firm operations. Her practice earned exemplary evaluations across two official inspections by the notary governing body.
