Dr. Iryna Kravchuk is a monitoring, evaluation and learning consultant and trainer with 14 years of professional experience. She is an owner of a research company Creative Research&MEL consulting. She specializes in the evaluation of programs and policies, the evaluation of capacity-building and development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.

Dr. Kravchuk has 23 years of experience in public administration, international development and European integration. Over the years, she has held various positions, including She the Head of the Office of the Vice-Prime Minister for the European Integration in Ukraine (2007-2009), co-founder and board member of the Ukrainian Evaluation Association (2013-2023), and most recently a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team Leader in DOBRE, a program funded by USAID, working with 100 communities in Ukraine.
