Profile
Anna Kornafel is a health psychologist, whose research interests focus on health behavior changes resulting from psychological interventions, with a particular emphasis on diet and physical activity. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at SWPS University's Doctoral School.
Research
As a researcher in the Center for Applied Research on Health Behavior and Health (CARE-BEH), Anna contributes to research projects centered on psychological interventions and policies aimed at reducing overweight and obesity in European countries (the BETTER4U project), as well as factors influencing the inclusion of alternative proteins in diets (the LIKE-A-PRO and ALTERNATIVE PROTEINS projects).
She also coordinates the work of interns at the CARE-BEH center.
