Profile

Marta Wrzosek specializes in systemic educational and career counseling. She has conducted hundreds of hours of training for teachers and counselors across Poland, demonstrating how to support the career planning and development of young people, as well as how to design and implement vocational guidance systems within the education sector. She co-created Mapa Karier (Career Map)—an innovative educational platform that provides information on career paths and the labor market for youth.

For over a decade, she has collaborated as an expert with numerous non-governmental organizations and public institutions, conducting consultations, training sessions, and workshops for children, youth, and parents, as well as for teachers and educators.

She is the author of books and guides such as:

Marta is also the co-initiator and leader of the international project "Exploring Green Guidance". Since 2023, she has been conducting scientific research on the concept of "green career counseling" at SWPS University’s Doctoral School and Youth Research Center.
