The SWPS Moot Court Society aims to bring together students who wish to represent SWPS University in domestic and international moot courts. Its primary goal is to hone its members' skills and knowledge in appearing before mock courts and tribunals.

What we do

The SWPS Moot Court Society aims to:

unite students who wish to represent SWPS University in domestic and international Moot Courts
hone students' skills and knowledge in appearing before simulated courts and tribunals
enable members of the organization to practice legal English
enable them to develop oratory and eristic skills
teach them how to effectively resolve disputes before arbitration courts.
