The Leadership Lab Student Research Club is made up of students who want to develop their leadership potential and skills in managing projects and student teams implementing various social, educational, technological, business, creative, and intercultural projects and ventures. Participating in these projects allows students to develop and hone their leadership competencies, which include: creating a vision and strategy, teamwork skills, effective team communication, sharing knowledge and experience, inspiring and motivating others to act, ethical conduct (based on values), developing talents and abilities, undertaking grassroots leadership initiatives, and building good interpersonal relationships.

- Developing and improving the leadership potential of students.
- Learning about the Acts of Leadership and Leadership in Action models as key concepts facilitating the conscious adoption of grassroots initiatives and leadership activities.
- Enabling students to create, develop, and present their educational, creative, scientific, social, intercultural, technological, and business projects (including in the Acts of Leadership Award competition, during scientific conferences, and hackathons).
- Providing mentoring support to students in developing innovative startup projects and submitting them to national and international educational, incubation, and acceleration programs.
- Supporting students in developing entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation, enabling them to establish their own companies, project teams, and non-profit non-governmental organizations.
- Publishing academic articles, reports, and studies in specialized journals and on social media.
