Robert Kozielski is a Full Professor of Marketing, Strategic Management and Business Analytics at SWPS University and a Fulbright Scholar at Willamette University (USA). A Chartered Marketer accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), he also serves as CEO of the Łódź Foundation - the first city think tank in Poland.
Leadership and Institutional Impact
He was a Member of the Committee on Organization and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Previously, he served as Director of the Polish-American Management Center (University of Łódź in partnership with the University of Maryland, USA).

He has authored and co-authored over 200 publications in Poland and internationally. He has been recognized for his contributions to the field.
Executive Education and Corporate Advisory
Professor Kozielski delivered lectures and executive training at leading universities, including the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics, and Executive MBA programmes in Poland and the United States. He participated in scientific internships and research programs at the universities of Maryland (US), Lund (Sweden), Edinburgh (Scotland) and Middlesex (Great Britain).
In 1999, he established Poland’s first CIM training and examination centre, now the largest accredited CIM Centre in Poland. He advised and trained organizations such as Unilever, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Merck, Abbott, Danone, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Teva and mBank.
