About the program
This intensive course offers an interdisciplinary exploration of "organization" in three aspects: the individual, the group, and the environment. Thanks to the course you will acquire the tools needed to navigate various organizational structures.
We will focus on hands-on applications and case studies rooted in the city of Wrocław. You will participate in lectures, hands-on workshops, case studies, role-playing activities, group discussions, and guided explorations of urban spaces.
What will you learn?
During the course, you will:
- Learn about heuristics (i.e., cognitive shortcuts) and decision making
- Understand social psychology of teams and intercultural processes
- Examine the impact of physical space on productivity and social relations
- Participate in guided tours of two spaces — a historical and a contemporary one
- Conduct analysis of these two spaces and their impact on people
