To enable easy communication between the university and its students, including international students, SWPS University will develop and implement a “My SWPS University” mobile app, which will enable personal communication with the university at any time and from any place. The application will allow students to access important information related to their course of study, such as class schedules and grades.
The tool will meet all Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 to ensure everyone, including persons with special needs, can use the app.
Internationalization of SWPS University
“My SWPS University” mobile app directly fulfills the goals of SWPS University’s International Strategy concerning internationalization, such as:
- development of SWPS University as an open, multicultural organization that shapes enlightened members of international community, by enabling students to stay in touch with persons representing different nationalities, cultures and beliefs
- preventing discrimination, xenophobia, racism, and intolerance.
Project deliverables:
- Implementation of “My SWPS University” mobile app for students.
- User Experience (UX) training for SWPS University’s employees, which will be focused on the requirements of mobile applications addressed to international communities.
- Training focused on cross-cultural and anti-discriminatory communication for SWPS University’s employees, which will help them to build relationships in an international community and shape anti-discriminatory attitudes.
We are attuned to the needs of our students. We are handing them a mobile app, which will enable them to stay in touch with SWPS University from any place, at any time. Students will have all crucial information, such as class schedules, grades, and current university news at their fingertips.
