You will gain extensive insight into psychology, which will help you to solve relational problems in organizations. You will also acquire some technology skills that can aid in the development of creative ideas.
During the second year of the program, you will study HR essentials and learn to use various business tools, which will prepare you for entering the job market. You will also learn how to solve psychological problems in inclusive teams, how to use AI applications in psychology, and how to design dedicated psychological interventions.
