Biographical note

Executive Career Vice Director, EDF Polska S.A. An expert in the field of HR with a more than fifteen year experience. She has been engaged with EDF Polska S.A. since 2010. She is a certified coach at the ACC level (Associate Certified Coach) in ICF and also works as an internal coach for top managers in her company. Before taking on her position at EDF Polska S.A. she held jobs at such internationals corporations as Nestlé Polska S.A., Grupa Żywiec or Avon Operations. She is interested in talent management, assessment of competencies and ways of developing one’s leadership skills.
