Biographical note

Associate Professor and Chair of the Organizational Leadership Department at Utah Valley University. He holds a PhD in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Organizational Behavior from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. His research and teaching focuses on organizational justice and the effective leading and managing of teams.
