Beginning 13 years ago as a first employee of a small UX company, which grew into the largest UX studio in Poland, I witnessed the field's evolution from purely web design-oriented projects to involvement in strategic, company-wide initiatives. I love instilling new cultures and processes. I coach about UX in terms of people and relations, not only interfaces and products. I accompany my clients in discovering and developing new products and services.
Besides client-oriented work, I also enjoy supervising User Experience postgraduate studies, teaching, and mentoring about the field of UX. I offer design/UX coaching to individuals and teams.
I've always considered UX to be not only about a set of tools and practices but primarily about a mindset.
Also into philosophy, Zen and writing. Probably in the mountains somewhere.
