Dominika Wojtowicz holds a doctoral degree in Economics. She is a Professor at the Department of Economics and Sustainable Development Center, at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Her professional interests focus on the effectiveness of public policies and interventions. She researches the design and implementation of public policies, and contributed to a number of research projects. She coordinated research projects on modern methods and tools for evaluating specific areas of public intervention.
She was a research fellow at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Universita 'di Siena (Italy), and the Faculty of Management at the Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena (Spain).
She authored numerous scientific articles on methods used in the field of public policy evaluation studies.
She was a Visiting Professor at the Georgia State University and the University of Palermo. For several years, she has been working as an expert specializing in the evaluation of research projects and programs co-financed by the European Union.
