Profile
Dr. Młyniec is a psychologist and an architect. Her research interests focus on various aspects of cognitive psychology, including visual capture, attention, and optical illusions as well as personality psychology, in particular autonarration, attainment of life goals, and motivation.
Over the past several years, as a researcher and a principal investigator, she participated in five research projects, financed by the National Science Centre (NCN), the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), the Regional Initiative of Excellence (RID), and the BST fund provided by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to universities for the development of research potential.
Dr. Młyniec published several articles in scientific journals, such as the Polish Psychological Bulletin, and chapters in books.
At SWPS University, she teaches classes in personality psychology, social psychology, and critical text analysis.
