Jakub Niewiarowski, Ph.D. is a social psychologist specializing in cognitive social psychology. He researches cognitive representations, social information processing, and social distortion mechanisms in comparative judgements. In his research he uses experimental research methods and multivariate data analysis.

He co-authored many articles concerning cognitive social psychology and a bestselling handbook of statistical analysis — Statystyczny Drogowskaz (A Statistical Road Sign).

At SWPS University, he teaches research methodology and statistics, and is a Master’s thesis advisor.
