Psychologist. She conducts research on workplace bullying, harassment, and ostracism. She examines mechanisms and strategies of coping with exclusion and the consequences of exclusion and bullying. She also analyses the antecedents and consequences of workplace bullying.

Małgorzata is an author of several articles and books on determinants of manipulation and compliance on techniques of social influence, harassment, and social exclusion.

She is a member of the European Association of Social Psychology, International Association on Bullying and Harassment at the Workplace, and the Polish Society of Social Psychology (PSPS).

At SWPS University, she teaches courses in social psychology, psychometrics, and psychology of exclusion and bullying.
