Psychologist. He specializes in prospective memory, which enables us to remember what we are planning to do in a specified time and place in the future. His research is focused on time management, procrastination - putting off or delaying an action to a later time - and the effect of depression on memory.

In his Ph.D. thesis research he studied how the process of ageing and depressed mood influence prospective memory. He is the leader of Pamiętać, żeby pamiętać project [Remember in order to remember]. He aims at gaining knowledge about prospective memory functioning and ways of dealing with disruptions (unexpected events that make us stop performing action. His research team is going to develop a way to train prospective memory successfully.

At SWPS Univeristy, he lectures on general psychology and the use of computers in psychology (methodology and statistics).
