By 2029, we want to achieve an environment where students discover and shape their education paths, integrating theory and practice, and responding to the challenges of their contemporary world. Our goal is to foster, among students and academics, critical and creative approach to education. We also want them to actively shape the future founded on empathy, knowledge and responsibility.

Our goal is to be the first research university in Poland, recognized internationally because it combines social sciences, humanities, and new technologies.

We would like for our activities to improve quality of life, support social innovations, and strengthen our position as a key partner in legislative processes and projects of national and international importance.

By 2029, we want SWPS University to be a place where our future is founded on wellbeing, diversity, and mutual respect. We want to be an inclusive bilingual institution, where employees have agency, are free to pursue professional development, and derive satisfaction from their work.

By 2029, we would like to be a green university that actively counteracts climate change and helps the society to adapt to the effects of this change. We will create a conscientious, pro-environmental community that will implement projects aligned with the international environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
