Focus of the Conference
The conference will be divided into three thematic blocks:
- Learning Technologies
- Learning Strategies
- E-learning Salon (case studies).
The speakers will discuss a range of topics, including: Digital Learning Strategies, Learning Experience Platform (LXP), VR Immersive Training, Digital Transformation (L&D), E-Learning Tools, and Data Analytics.
Szymon Badura - Expert From SWPS University
At the conference, Szymon Badura from SWPS University will join the group of renowned experts from around the world. Szymon is a psychologist with fifteen years of experience in developing and implementing human capital management policies in various organizations. Currently, he is Director of Development at SWPS Innowacje [SWPS Innovations], an SPV of SWPS University.
In his presentation, Mr. Badura will explain how to transform e-learning into e-development. The transformation requires continuous implementation and improvement of many processes, such as: the diagnosis of needs and development potential of users, designing the right User Experience and User Journey, development of database modules, and algorithms for predictive analytics. All these elements require interdisciplinary approach that combines innovative technologies, social sciences, humanities and neuroscience.
