SWPS University Partners with Innovation & Design Management Conference

The theme of the 2nd edition of the Innovation & Design Management Conference is “Design in the Era of Fluid Modernity. Redefinition. Respect. Relaxation.” Our current business reality should be completely redesigned. The transformation should focus not only on development strategies, but also on strategies of business survival during a prolonged crisis. To survive, businesses must change their organizational cultures and support employees in developing new competencies. On the one hand, a crisis poses challenges, but on the other hand, it may also provide opportunities for a through diagnosis of the situation. The conference is addressed to mangers, executives, product managers, coordinators of design teams, change managers, service managers, customer service managers, designers, public servants, and anyone who is looking for new and effective design methods and ways to innovate.

The main language of the event is Polish with some lectures delivered in English.
