Wioletta Pacholarz holds a doctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline of management and quality studies. In her research and teaching she focuses on effective resource management.
Her research interests also include data, information, knowledge management, and quality studies. She is a proponent of holistic approach to researching the effectiveness of knowledge and quality management and research processes in social sciences, in particular methodological determinants. She carries out research on quality and perception as well as expectations of stakeholders in higher education.
She published numerous articles in Polish and international academic journals and participated in social sciences-themed conferences. She collaborates with many research centers, business partners and communities in Poland and abroad.
At SWPS University she teaches classes in project, quality, production, and service management as well as supply chain, controlling and auditing.
She is a coordinator of project-based subjects in the Management and Leadership Program and the Secretary of the Committee for Internationalization at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw.
