Zuzanna Jakubik holds a Master’s degree in social psychology. She also completed a postgraduate program in service design at SWPS University and graduated from the ESG Academy at the University of Warsaw that provides education for professionals specializing in environmental, social and governance matters in organizations.

She specializes in the implementation of Social Development Goals in organizations and design of socially and environmentally conscious services.

For the past seven years she has contributed to various initiatives at SWPS University, such as promotion of research and community and environment-focused projects.

She has gained valuable experience by collaborating with various public institutions, including the City of Warsaw, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), and the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy (MFiPR).
