We join forces for sustainable development
In September 2015, all UN member states, including Poland, adopted 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), encompassing 169 specific targets. These goals address the challenges of the 21st century and set out a 15-year plan of action to end extreme poverty, inequality, and injustice by 2030 and ensure lasting protection for our planet.
The United Nations Global Compact is a worldwide UN initiative present in over 70 countries. In Poland, it operates under the name UN Global Compact Network Poland. This initiative promotes responsible business practices by encouraging companies to pursue sustainable development and adhere to 10 universal principles related to human rights, labor and environment. It connects businesses and institutions actively working for sustainable development in Poland and around the world.
