Karolina Malinowska is a psychologist, researcher, and a psycho-social skill trainer. For many years, she has been researching education-related issues, in particular peer violence, wellbeing, and support for students with special needs.
As a psycho-social skill trainer, she has been collaborating with various companies and institutions since 2007. She is also an experienced workshop leader and lecturer who teaches at the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level. In collaboration with the Educational Research Institute (IBE), she implements the Life Long Learning (LLL) approach through the Integrated Qualifications Framework (IQF) projects.
She is also a cognitive-behavioral therapists (CBT) of adults and coach. She obtained her coaching qualifications (4-level training) at SWPS University and CBT qualifications at SWPS University’s School of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (4-year studies).
She authored numerous academic and popular science publications.
