About the program

The goal of our intensive course is to prepare European students for academic and professional success in a multicultural, multilingual environment. The program focuses on stress management, effective learning, time management, soft skills for today’s job market, and legal aspects of youth employment. It combines interactive workshops and learning sessions led by experts. By fostering intercultural dialogue, peer learning, and language-inclusive practices, the seminar fosters students’ personal development and provides a foundation for thriving in diverse European contexts.

What will you learn?

Upon the completion of the course, you will:

  • Apply effective stress and time management strategies in academic life
  • Identify and implement the efficient learning techniques tailored to student’s individual needs
  • Demonstrate an understanding of key soft skills expected in the European job market in 2025
  • Navigate basic legal aspects of youth employment and student work rights in Europe
  • Explore and evaluate opportunities for internships, traineeships, and employment across Europe
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively in intercultural and multilingual environments
  • Reflect on your own strengths, values and goals in the context of personal and professional development.

A special emphasis will be placed on the role of cultural values, traditions, and systemic factors in shaping perceptions of mental health and access to care.

Through lectures, discussions, and practical exercises, students will critically examine the intersections of culture, language, gender, and race in mental health contexts, which will prepare them for approaching mental health issues with cultural sensitivity and practical knowledge.
