Conditional acceptance to SWPS University
What does it mean?
Once you submit your university application, you are conditionally admitted to SWPS University, based on the scanned documents uploaded into the Application Form. Conditional admission means that you still need to fulfil certain requirements, by specified deadlines, to be officially admitted to SWPS University. For example, you need to submit original documents, such as secondary school/high-school diplomas or university diplomas and diploma supplements.
Deliver documents to SWPS University
Candidates who have been admitted conditionally, must deliver original documents to the Admissions Office by the specified deadline. Documents may be delivered by post or courier or in person (in October). You may also nominate a proxy, who will deliver your documents or if you are younger than 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian may deliver the documents.
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
- The Admissions Office needs your original documents for verification only. You will get them back. Please check the Application Form to ensure what original documents must be submitted to the Admissions Office.
- We will also need copies of your original documents for our records. Therefore, please also bring one set of copies of your original documents.
- Refer to your conditional acceptance decision to check whether there is a need for your diplomas to undergo a nostrification procedure. This can be done in any local Board of Education Office (Kuratorium Oświaty) in Poland. View a list of Board of Education Offices.
- If you do not deliver the original documents to the Admissions Office by the specified deadline, your conditional admission decision becomes null and void.
