Doctor of Law (2017), holds a Bachelor degree in Public Administration (2011) and a Master degree in Law (2013) from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. During his Erasmus exchange, he studied international law as part of the Joint-Master Program in International Law at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius. In 2011, he completed post-graduate studies in Diplomacy and International Relations at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Professionally, he specializes in the protection of personal information at one of the most prominent law firms in Poland.

Author of numerous publications on constitutional law, human rights, international public law, and the protection of personal information. Speaker at national and international conferences. Judge at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Advisor and coach of student teams participating in moot court competitions.

Recipient of research grants, often for international projects, funded by the National Science Centre and the European Commission. Winner of scholarships established by the Kulczyk Family Fund (2013) and Foundation of Adam Mickiewicz University w Poznań (2014).

Recipient of the 2017 Special Award in the Rising Stars Lawyers competition organized by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, a Polish daily devoted to economic and legal matters, and Wolters Kluwer Poland. The competition recognizes young lawyers who excel in their professional and community work.

At SWPS University in Poznań, he teaches international public law and European law.
