Profile
Wojciech Ufel serves as an Assistant Professor within the Institute of Political Science at the University of Wrocław.
His research focuses on political theory, with a particular emphasis on contemporary debates surrounding participatory, deliberative, and radical democracy, as well as populism. Drawing on Ludwig Wittgenstein’s concept of "language-games," he integrates postcolonial, posthumanist, and critical theories into both his empirical research and social practice.
He has extensively studied Polish participatory models and the social movements driving them — including urban movements and the so-called "Entrepreneurs' Strike." Additionally, he collaborates with Wrocław-based organizations to design and evaluate local participatory initiatives.
