The European Language Certificates (TELC)
in English and Polish

TELC logo
TELC logo

The European Language Certificates (TELC) confirm proficiency in a foreign language at a specific level. They are issued based on internationally standardized tests and are therefore valid, reliable, and objective. The TELC certificates are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) that ranges from A1 to C2.

SWPS University offers TELC exams in English and Polish at various proficiency levels — (B1, B2, C1?). Our TELC examiners are fully licensed by telc gGmbH, a globally recognized non-profit educational organization specializing in professional language skill testing.

Pursuant to the 31 May 2023 regulation of the Polish Minister of the Interior and Administration concerning the list of certificates confirming the Polish language proficiency for the purpose of issuing long term European Union residency permits, the TELC Polish exam enables you to obtain the TELC GmbH and WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH (TELC) certificates, which confirm Polish language proficiency at CEFR B1 level, and are recognized by authorities in the process of applying for the long term residency in the European Union.
