Malwina Puchalska-Kamińska, Ph.D. is a psychologist and academic lecturer.
She is interested in work psychology, especially in matters of employee engagement, sense of meaning at work, and job crafting. She also researches employee well-being, building positive organizations, professional effectiveness, job satisfaction, and coping with stress.
In the years 2016-2018, she contributed to the following research projects:
- "Development of the Job Crafting Scale Efficacy", funded by the Basic Research Grant (BST)
- "Development of a motivational model aimed at ensuring the systematic nature of rehabilitation for people over 65 years of age", funded by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR)
- "Innovative IT training and therapeutic program for reducing the negative effects of occupational stress among medical personnel.", funded by NCBiR.
As a business trainer and consultant, she collaborates with various organizations, supporting employees in increasing their well-being.
At SWPS University, she teaches courses on positive interventions in organizations, positive psychology of work, stress management, and group diagnosis.
