The main goal of the Studio is to expand knowledge in the area of media studies and new forms of communication. We use an interdisciplinary perspective, which includes distinctive characteristics of various communication structures, such as content, image, sound, and socio-cultural impact of the material under analysis.
We meet our objectives by:
- Meeting regularly and discussing media-related topics, and inviting special guests to our meetings
- Designing and carrying out research in the discipline of media studies
- Designing and producing content, in new communication formats such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and podcasts), developed during member debates
- Participating in conferences and symposia
- Organizing a Film Festival
- Promoting our Studio’s initiatives.
