According to a report, commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and published by the Polish Graduate Tracking System (ELA), graduates of the psychology programs offered by SWPS University quickly find jobs after graduation and earn higher salaries than alumni of equivalent programs from other universities.

The 2018 data, analyzed by the Polish Graduate Tracking System, indicates that students graduating with degrees in psychology from SWPS University find full time employment within two to four weeks after graduation, and receive the highest remuneration among holders of equivalent degrees from other universities in Poland. Students who graduated with degrees in psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, and Sopot place at the top in their respective provinces, while graduates from Katowice take the second place. On average, in the first year after graduation, SWPS University alumni earn between EUR 880 to EUR 1,100 gross, per month (the 2020 minimum wage in Poland is EUR 590 per month).

Economic Psychology - Our two-year, double degree program, offered in cooperation with Tilburg University in the Netherlands, has been designed to provide high quality international education and practical training in the field of economic psychology.
The combination of data analysis and psychological knowledge makes our program unique in the world, as the majority of similar programs focus either on one field or the other. Over the course of the program students learn to apply economic and psychological reasoning to the process of analysis to better understand consumer, consumption and financial behaviors.
Global-MINDS is an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Psychology of Global Mobility, Inclusion and Diversity in Society. It is a comprehensive 2- year program, delivered in English, designed to provide high quality international training in scientific knowledge and practical skills in the field of social and cultural psychology. The Global-MINDS program consists of obligatory study and research periods, in at least two universities. It offers two mobile study paths: 1st semester in Warsaw and 2nd semester in Oslo or Istanbul or 1st semester in Lisbon and 2nd semester in Limerick or Oslo.
