The COVID-19 pandemic has posed a number of research and practical challenges for this sub-discipline of management science, in the areas such as work organization, shaping human and intellectual potential, the role of leaders in organizations, fluctuating behavior of culture consumers, actors of the information technology sector as well as gender issues in management. The goal of the seminar is to classify and analyze these problems with respect to the effectiveness of organizational behaviors in the new (post)pandemic world.
