About the Conference
We warmly invite students to participate in the first student conference organized by the Omnilinguae Research Group, dedicated to exploring the sociolinguistic aspects of communication. The event focuses on language contact phenomena experienced by individuals in foreign language environments and professionals negotiating meaning in cross-cultural encounters.
Our aim is to provide a platform for students to present their research findings, exchange knowledge, and engage in interdisciplinary dialogue. By establishing this student forum, we hope to spark meaningful discussion on key topics related to language contact and its influence on identity.
Guest speakers
Matthew Riemland, Ph.D.
