SWPS University is committed to supporting university candidates and students in realizing their full potential by providing various scholarships. We are happy to announce that thanks to our "Scholarship for International Candidates", nine talented applicants from Colombia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Rwanda, Ukraine, and the Republic of Indonesia will begin their first year of study, tuition free, this October.
Young and Ambitious
On July 30, 2019, nine lucky university candidates: Taleb Jose Bonilla, Sara Ghaffari, Samuel Hatangimana, Diana Havryliuk, Dayana Martaeva, Maria Lilia Nino Torres, Shinta Setiawati, Anastassia Usenko, and Ladan Zadfar, received e-mails announcing that they were the recipients of Scholarships for International Students, awarded by SWPS University.
One of the requirements that candidates had to meet was to write an essay entitled “Describe a character (fictional/historica/a person close to you) who made you decide to study at SWPS University”. The students were asked to explain why they had chosen a given program of study, why they wished to study in Poland and why they should receive the scholarship. Additionally, we wanted to know about their other non-academic accomplishments and interests, such as athletic achievements, engagement in the arts or community-related projects. Our candidates excelled in language competitions, leadership and photography.
The winners of the scholarships have decided to study Psychology in English, Clinical Psychology, Englsih Studies, English Studies with Chinese, International Business Management and Industrial Design at School of From in Poznań.
About the Scholarship
In response to a growing number of international candidates applying to SWPS University, we have developed a scholarship program for candidates, who hail from outside of Poland.
The Scholarship for International Candidates is a form of financial aid provided by the Private Scholarship Fund of SWPS University. The amount of the Scholarship is equal to the yearly tuition fee for the program of study selected by the candidate during the application process, and is awarded exclusively for the first year of studies.
All candidates applying for undergraduate or graduate porgrams in English, including Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, English Studies, English Studies with another foreign langauge, International Business Management, Management, Psychology, Sociology, and Industrial Design offered by School of Form in Poznań, are eligible for the scholarship.
