Professor Karolina Mazurowska is a cross-cultural psychologist specializing in business relations, trainer of cross-cultural competencies, and the Coordinator of a graduate study program Global MINDS focused on social and cross-cultural psychology.
Her research interests include acculturation, acquiring cultural skills in inter-cultural work environments, and development of intercultural sensitivity among students.
As a consultant, she collaborates with numerous higher education institutions, such as the Kozminski University, the Silesian University of Technology, and the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, advising on effective relations with international students.
She is also an experienced cultural advisor and trainer helping companies to establish successful business relations with partners form Asia (clients include: Huawei Poland, Procter & Gamble, CD Projekt RED, and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH)).
She was a visiting lecturer at Chinese universities in Shenzhen and Hangzhou.
