Professor Piotr Wolski is a psychologist specializing in experimental neuropsychology and biopsychology. His work focuses on brain asymmetry and lateralization, as well as psychological research methodology. He investigates the mechanisms of attention and the neural foundations of mental processes, including agency and the coherence of the self-concept.
Research Interests
His research interests include:
- the adaptability of brain asymmetry
- the dynamics of interhemispheric communication (based on reaction time differences)
- the measurement and significance of self-concept coherence
- interhemispheric interactions from a chronometric perspective

Professional Experience
He is a Professor Emeritus of the Jagiellonian University. Previously, he lectured the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu (WSB-NLU) in Nowy Sącz. He also served as the Director of Research at the Institute for Marketing and Social Research (VRG Strategia).
Teaching
At SWPS University, he teaches courses in psychological research methodology, psychometrics, and the neural foundations of the self. He is also a Master’s thesis advisor.
