Bartosz Ledzion is a certified Design Thinking trainer with experience in research, management, and service design. He co-founded EGO S.C - a company that designs research, programs and services for public administration and companies. He had the privilege of working with several companies and public-sector institutions: Nestle Waters S.A, Eurocash, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, the Polish Agency of Enterprise Development, the Polish Academy of Science and the European Commission.

With his projects’ team, he always innovates and seeks the next frontier of useful approaches—system thinking, games and simulation, and behavioral economics. But ultimately, they communicate the findings in the plain language of practice.
