About the Masterclass
Today’s children and teenagers navigate a world full of challenges—pressure for success, social expectations, and the constant pursuit of happiness. These demands often lead to stress and emotional overload. Rather than living in the moment, young people retreat into their thoughts.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) offers an evidence-based approach to help children, adolescents, and their families build resilience. Rather than focusing on eliminating discomfort or following rigid rules, ACT fosters psychological flexibility, encouraging acceptance, mindfulness, and value-driven actions.
Join our expert-led masterclass designed for mental health professionals and educators. Gain practical tools to support children and teens in managing life’s challenges with confidence and emotional balance.
