The goal of the project is to develop and implement an educational program “Social entrepreneurship - fundamentals”, including teaching materials, and to develop an innovative tool for mapping social innovation trends.
The evidence-based output of the project will developed using design thinking methodology. The cumulative knowledge and experience of the researchers involved in the project will ensure that “Social entrepreneurship” program will provide great research, educational, and practical value. The researchers assume that they will be able to improve social entrepreneurship skills of 40 participants of the program (e.g., students, entrepreneurs, and professionals working in the child welfare education sector). Furthermore, they will train additional five 5 people, to run a center for the monitoring of and research on social entrepreneurship trends, which will also be established as part of this project.
The researchers assume that a comprehensive approach applied in the project will guarantee long-term positive impact on the participants and a large number of people who, in the future, will benefit from the social enterprises created thanks to the project.

Project funding
The project “Social entrepreneurship - fundamentals”, no. EOG/21/K4/W/0044, is financed by the 2014-2021 European Economic Area (EEA) funding scheme and grants provided by the Republic of Poland.

The Intellectual Property Results (RPI) developed during the project will include the following educational sets:
- Mission and goals – developing social impact for social enterprises
- Innovations – building prototypes for social enterprises
- Analysis of consumer needs and analysis of market potential
- Obtaining financing – fundraising
- Legal aspects of running a social enterprise
- Finance management and budgeting
- Mentoring program for social entrepreneurs
- Map of development areas for social innovators – 2033 outlook.
