SWPS University has been ranked 3rd among 23 Polish universities that qualified for the ranking. We have moved up by one position as compared to the last year’s ranking, and are on par with Polish technical and medical universities, such as the Medical University of Warsaw or Gdańsk University of Technology.
In the 2022 ranking, SWPS University excelled in the International Outlook category, securing the 1st place in Poland. The category measures international research collaborations, student diversity, and the ability to draw international faculty talent.
We ranked 2nd in Poland in the Female to Male Ratio category that measures accessibility of education for women.
We are 3rd in Poland in the Citations category, which evaluates Research Excellence and research impact of a given university.
Overall, SWPS University has placed between 1001 and 1200, among over 1,600 universities from 99 countries. This is the third time in a row that we were included in the World University Ranking.
The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2022 include 1,662 universities across 99 countries and territories, making them the largest and most diverse university rankings to date.
The ranking is based on 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators that measure an institution’s performance across areas: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook.
